Polsinelli is a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm experiencing significant and sustained growth, with a rapidly expanding Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions platform across key markets. As part of this continued expansion, Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice in either our New York or Philadelphia offices. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of sophisticated business and transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions, including private equity sponsored deals, particularly in middle-markets. This role involves substantial responsibility in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing due diligence processes, and advising private companies, investors, and portfolio companies across a broad range of corporate matters, including financings, entity formation, governance, and commercial agreements. The associate will work closely with partners and clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions across a variety of industries and will be expected to manage multiple matters efficiently while taking on increasing responsibility and client interaction.

Compensation: Salary will range between $260,000 – $420,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
