The candidate will handle the matter from start to finish under the managing or senior attorney. This includes communicating in a professional manner with clients, drafting or reviewing documents or advising and completing all in a timely manner. Ability to work within a time budget is essential.
Types of matters could include: commercial leases, business purchase or sale documents, employment agreements, general contracts, website terms and conditions, 1099 agreements and general business legal advice.
Willing to train the right candidate. 1-3 years of some legal experience required. Must have PA bar, NJ bar a plus.
