We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will work closely under the guidance of a senior attorney, assisting with all aspects of case preparation, litigation support, and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, sharpen their litigation skills, and grow within a supportive legal team.Responsibilities:
- Assist supervising attorneys with all phases of litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
- Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the [State] Bar
- 1–3 years of relevant legal experience preferred
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
- A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic
