A Civil Litigation Firm, Sacramento's premier civil litigation firm, is looking for attorneys with 1-3 years' experience in medical malpractice who are ambitious and energetic self-starters with an interest in civil litigation. Excellent writing, oral advocacy and time-management skills are required. Prior law firm experience is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

All aspects of litigation, including defense strategy development, written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking, and defending depositions, trial preparation and trial.
Work collaboratively with partners, other associates to develop appropriate legal strategies.
Provide direction to supporting legal assistants, law clerks and paralegals.
