We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to lead complex legal disputes across a diverse range of practice areas. This dynamic role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and settlement negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate intricate legal issues such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law and regulations, patent law, and landlord-tenant disputes. Duties:

Lead and manage all aspects of litigation cases, including case strategy development, discovery processes, and courtroom proceedings.
Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case arguments and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Draft detailed legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.
Negotiate settlements effectively by leveraging strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Advise clients on a broad spectrum of legal issues including estate planning, environmental compliance, immigration procedures, family disputes, securities regulations, workers' compensation claims, personal injury claims, tribal laws, patent applications, and landlord-tenant matters.
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to gather evidence and develop comprehensive case strategies.
Maintain meticulous records of case progressions and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active licensure to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
Extensive experience in litigation at a senior level with a proven track record of managing complex cases across multiple practice areas.
Strong expertise in estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law & applications, landlord-tenant disputes & regulations.
Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw; excellent research skills are essential.
Exceptional legal writing skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive documents.
Demonstrated experience in legal drafting for various case types including pleadings and contracts.
Proven negotiation skills capable of securing advantageous settlements or resolutions.
Legal administrative experience to efficiently manage case files and documentation workflows.
Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts effectively.
