Touchstone Bernays is seeking a talented two to six year attorney experienced in personal injury defense law to join the firm. Insurance defense or construction defect experience is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking substantive work in an exciting environment.Principal duties include:
- Interacting with clients
- Preparing reports
- Handling discovery
- Attending hearings
- Taking depositions
- Legal research and writing
- Assisting with trying lawsuits
Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
