Subrogation Litigation Associate – Real Cases. Real Responsibility. Real Upside.

We're a growing subrogation litigation firm in Center City Philadelphia focused exclusively on property subrogation. We investigate and litigate large subrogation claims arising out of fires, floods, collapses, building failures and other catastrophic losses. Real cases with real money at stake.

What you will do:

own 40–50 litigated cases
take depositions
develop strategy
deal directly with opposing counsel and experts
push cases to resolution or trial

You are expected to move cases, not just work on them.

The model
We are a contingency fee firm.

We get paid when we produce results. You get paid when you produce results.

Compensation:
Base + performance bonus tied directly to recoveries.

Strong performers can meet or exceed $250k+.

There is risk. There is also real upside.

You are betting on yourself. If you're good, you will make more money and have more control over your work than in a traditional firm.

What We're Looking For:

2–5 years of litigation experience
Extensive deposition experience
ability to take ownership of files
comfortable in your own skin
able to handle conflict without flinching
trial experience is a plus
able to apply pressure and withstand it
