Your Role:
As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our litigation department. This position demands an individual who not only possesses profound legal acumen and a track record of significant wins in personal injury law but also embodies leadership qualities to inspire and direct a team of seasoned legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Guide and mentor a dedicated team of pre-litigation legal professionals, fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Case Management: Oversee all aspects of litigation with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the comprehensive preparation of cases for settlement or trial.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a principal point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic, world-class service and steering them through their legal journey with expertise and compassion.
  • Strategic Influence: Collaborate with the firm's leadership to refine litigation strategies, contributing to the firm's growth and maintaining its competitive edge in the DFW market and across Texas.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of legal practice, with a strong preference for candidates possessing extensive experience in personal injury litigation, whether from the plaintiff or defense perspective.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes legal environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals both verbally and in writing.
