What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience (commercial litigation strongly preferred).
- Licensed and in good standing with the Bar
- Solid command of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and State Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
