Downtown Tampa law firm representing local and national businesses seeks a litigation associate attorney with 8-12 years of experience in business and commercial litigation. Franchise experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is diligent, self-directed, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, is comfortable managing a caseload, and able to assist a busy partner in a heavy litigation practice. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Includes benefits package, 401k, profit share, and annual bonus.
