Description:
Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to work remotely in the state of Pennsylvania with a current PA bar license in good standing. A current Ohio Bar license is strongly preferred. This role focuses on reviewing and executing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success within the Default/Foreclosure practice area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and signing legal documents and pleadings
- Drafting and executing legal documents and conducting legal research
- Representing clients in foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy hearings
- Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by firm leadership
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing (required)
- Current Ohio Bar license (preferred)
- Five years of experience in Default Services
- Strong practical judgment and efficient problem‑solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
