The Pittsburgh office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the Global Corporate practice group. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience representing public and private clients in M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities offerings and securities law compliance, and general corporate matters, including hands-on drafting and negotiating experience for complex M&A and private equity transactions and related investment agreements; experience serving as a key member of deal teams for a range of middle market transactions; responsibility for producing acquisition, equity, and related documents in a client-ready format; and running key aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing. Candidates must be an active member of the Pennsylvania bar.

$235,000 - $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
