We're Hiring: Litigation Attorney– Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice (Montvale, NJ)KGG Law is an AV rated multistate firm that has served clients in NY and NJ for more than 50 years and is looking for a motivated, energetic associate with 3–5 years of personal injury or medical malpractice experience to join our team.
You will manage your own caseload, take and defend depositions, appear in court in NJ and NY, and work alongside partners on select matters. This role is for someone who wants to continue developing their litigation skills and values mentorship and collaboration.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Admitted in both NY and NJ (required)
- Proven ability to handle a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Take and defend depositions, and attend court conferences and motion hearings in NJ and NY
- Coordinate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
