What You'll Do:
- Own and work up litigation docket for trial, not just to settle at mediation at a discount
- Tell the client's story, take depositions, argue motions, pick juries, and close cases
- Work with a tight, tech-enabled operations team that handles intake, pre-lit, and support roles
- Collaborate with leadership as we expand throughout DFW and beyond
- Help shape the firm's future

Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling auto accident personal injury cases (will consider 3-4 years for the right candidate)
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload of auto-related PI cases with minimal supervision.
- Strong litigation experience, including depositions, motions practice, and courtroom advocacy are a plus but not the focus
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong case management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
