Build the Future of Trial Law in Dallas with a National Injury Firm!

This isn't just another trial attorney position. We're looking for a true courtroom advocate, not just a desk lawyer. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, rapidly expanding Dallas firm with offices in Texas and Colorado, led by a seasoned trial lawyer who built his reputation the hard way – 65+ trials, one verdict at a time.

Rob Wilhite, a Dallas native, founded this firm with a focus on aggressive, results-driven representation. Now, he's building the next era of personal injury law in Texas, aiming to be the go-to firm for injured Texans. We're smart, professional, tech-forward, and trial-focused – a brand and team you can be proud to be part of.

We've got a pipeline full of high-value litigation cases. We're looking for fearless, empathetic trial lawyers who want to build our Texas trial reputation from the ground up.

You Might Be a Fit If You Are:
  • Trial hungry. You have first- or second-chaired multiple jury trials—and want more trial-worth cases. Some messy, but all are worth fighting for
  • Value driven. You're done settling junk files and ready to chase real value in court
  • Autonomous, not arrogant. You want a firm that respects your time, pays well, and lets you lead
  • Calm under pressure. You think clearly under pressure and keep it cool when the heat's on–no jerks allowed, ever
  • Student of the game. You've got courtroom presence, strategic thinking, study the best trial lawyers, and read TrialGuides books and other materials to master your craft
  • Growth mentality. You're unfazed by adversity and have the work ethic to make order out of chaos.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and work up litigation docket for trial, not just to settle at mediation at a discount
  • Tell the client's story, take depositions, argue motions, pick juries, and close cases
  • Work with a tight, tech-enabled operations team that handles intake, pre-lit, and support roles
  • Collaborate with leadership as we expand throughout DFW and beyond
  • Help shape the firm's future

What we offer:
  • A national brand on the rise with serious investment – radio, billboards, digital all rolling
  • Cases lined up and ready for court backed by a powerful pre-litigation practice group
  • Competitive compensation structure with real upside
  • Ground-floor growth potential in DFW and new markets
  • A calm, focused, no-BS firm culture led by real trial lawyers

Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling auto accident personal injury cases (will consider 3-4 years for the right candidate)
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload of auto-related PI cases with minimal supervision.
  • Strong litigation experience, including depositions, motions practice, and courtroom advocacy are a plus but not the focus
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong case management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
