Description:
Job Summary:Civil Litigator (Senior Associate or Partner) with a minimum 5 years' experience in Medical Malpractice/Health Care Defense and/or related litigation needed for established, medium-sized defense law firm based in St. Petersburg, with a National reputation.
Must have a strong work ethic, be proactive, a ‘team player', and willing to take responsibility for case development and preparation for Mediation, Arbitration and/or Trial. Trial experience preferred.
