Whiteford's Wilmington office is seeking an associate with 1 – 5 years' experience to join its team of litigation attorneys. Ideal candidates will have experience with complex commercial litigation, insurance issues, corporate governance and collection matters, civil rights matters and all other aspects of a busy litigation practice.Admission to practice in Delaware is required and additional admission in Pennsylvania is strongly preferred.
