Overview:Regional law firm seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience for a litigation group focusing on medical malpractice defense. The ideal candidate will have experience at trial and significant experience with all stages of litigation, including depositions, written discovery, and expert development. Delaware license required.
