Summary of Litigation Attorney Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time civil litigation attorney
to defend and prosecute personal injury, property damage and insurance coverage litigation

Responsibilities:

Assist partners on complex cases
Handle defense and plaintiff matters independently, with partners as a resource for issues
Research and draft motions and opposition to motions, draft pleadings, prepare written discovery compliance
Prepare clients for depositions, defend and prosecute depositions

Requirements:

Excellent research and writing skills
Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, case management skills.
CT Bar admission
