Key Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Courtroom Experience: You must have a strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation success.
- Proven Litigation Experience: Prior work in criminal defense law, family law, or civil litigation is essential.
- Self-Starter: The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, capable of managing existing clients effectively, and eager to develop new client opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
- Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
- Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
- Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
Qualifications:
- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
- Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
- Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required
- Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
