Description:
Role Description: The Associate Litigation Attorney will work on-site in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, managing case files, meeting with clients, attending depositions and arbitrations and supporting partners on trials.Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in personal injury litigation.
- Proficiency in legal Research, including case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources, and effectively incorporating findings into written work.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in New Jersey, or eligibility for admission in the near term.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, ethical judgment, and commitment to client service; prior law firm or clerkship experience is beneficial.
- Willingness to be part of a team atmosphere.
