Description:
A Civil Litigation Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with up to 10 years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: construction law, employment law, or crisis management. Experience in state and federal courts for matters involving breach of contract, defamation, emergency injunctions, declaratory judgements, breach of fiduciary duty, and equitable claims is preferred. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, enjoy working with team members on a daily basis, and an interest in learning about new topics in a variety of industries. This position includes consistent and direct contact with clients.Job Qualifications:
- 1-10 years of litigation experience
- Experience in State and Federal Court
- Exceptional writing skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
