A National-Caliber Law Firm, a multispecialty mid-sized law firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking to add an experienced litigation associate to our sophisticated and growing construction practice.Candidates must possess excellent research and writing skills and demonstrate an ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others. A National-Caliber Law Firm handles a wide range of legal issues in state and federal courts, as well as disputes before administrative and regulatory bodies. This position will allow an associate to engage in all aspects of the litigation and alternative dispute resolution process, work directly with clients, and collaborate with a team on a variety of matters.
Candidates should have 3+ years of prior litigation experience in the construction industry and be admitted to practice in Virginia. The position will be considered for our Richmond office.
