Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney.. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of day-to-day tasks, including preparing and filing motions, taking depositions, representing clients in court, arguing cases to conclusion, conducting trials. It is important that you have a solid understanding of legal procedures and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate legal concepts to clients and colleagues.Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
- Experience in preparing and filing motions
- Ability to represent clients in court
- Experience arguing cases to conclusion
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Admission to the State Bar of North Carolina
- Experience in civil litigation
