About the role:
A Dedicated International Practice Group is seeking a Litigation Counsel with minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience to join their Professional Negligence and Product Liability Defense Practice Group in Raleigh. This position will assume immediate responsibility for assisting Partners in all aspects of civil litigation, including legal research, case development, fact and expert discovery, and motions practice, as well as an active trial schedule. The practice involves defending various civil actions in state and federal courts with a focus on commercial liability and transportation defense. Applicants must possess exceptional communication skills, research and writing skills and must be ready and willing to handle depositions, including expert witness depositions, court hearings and client conferences independently. The candidate must be licensed in North Carolina and jury trial experience preferred.
