Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is celebrating 80 years of service in 2026. We are looking for an attorney with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience including auto, premises liability, construction, product liability and/or insurance coverage. Insurance defense experience is a plus.Qualified candidates must possess the following:
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in PA; admission to OH and/or WV bars a plus
- At least 1-3 years of experience, handling cases from inception to jury verdict, in civil litigation and insurance defense preferred.
