Description:
Enara Law PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Attorney to support our civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate has experience in Arizona state and federal courts, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Admission to multiple state bars is strongly preferred.Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
- Manage discovery, prepare for and take depositions, and review evidence.
- Assist with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as required.
- Monitor deadlines and collaborate with attorneys and staff.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Bar admission in good standing (required).
- Two or more years of civil litigation experience preferred.
- Experience with Arizona state and federal court procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork.
- Additional state bar admissions strongly preferred.
