What You'll Do:
As a Litigation Attorney at Ball Morse Lowe, you will:

Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, with a heavy emphasis and focus on trust and contested probate matters, from case assessment and diagnosis to trial.
Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements and develop strategic approaches to litigation.
Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide effective legal solutions.
Engage in networking and business development to grow your practice and client base.

Who We're Looking for:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience, with a preference for experience in trust and/or contested probate litigation.
Credentials: Licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma.

Skills:

Strong research, writing, and briefing abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of state and local rules, ethical judgment, and integrity.
Proficiency with technology, including Mac, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software.
Problem-Solver: A thorough, analytical, detail-oriented problem-solver offering practical solutions to complex challenges.
