Established boutique creditor's rights firm seeks associate attorney for full time employment in Novi, Michigan.Our firm is a premier creditor's rights firm representing a wide range of clients. We are looking for a qualified candidate who can handle all aspects of a case from placement through collection. The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate a case and navigate the matter through judgment and collections. The candidate will be required to appear at zoom court hearings with the occasional court appearance.
Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience representing clients in civil litigation.
- Experience writing motions and pleadings.
