We're seeking an associate with 3–7 years of experience representing banks and/or other lenders in commercial finance transactions, including commercial/industrial, real estate, and construction financing. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, collateral and third‑party documents, and conducting property, collateral, and entity due diligence. Candidates must be licensed in Michigan or eligible for admission by examination or waiver.
This is an in‑person position in our Grand Rapids office, joining a group that takes pride in doing excellent work in a respectful, down‑to‑earth environment.
