We are looking for an associate attorney who enjoys handling full-lifecycle civil litigation, building strong client relationships, and contributing to a collegial team.
Our litigation practice covers a dynamic range of matters—including Personal Injury, Insurance Defense/Coverage, Real Estate & Land Use, and General Civil Litigation. In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of civil litigation cases from initial intake through resolution.
- Work directly with clients, keeping them informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their case.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs with precision and strategic focus.
- Conduct depositions, handle court appearances, and collaborate with partners on trial strategy as needed.
- Keep files organized, deadlines on track, and team members informed.
What we are looking for:
- Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing (dual licensure in CT and RI is a strong plus).
- Experience: 1–2 years of civil litigation experience (background in personal injury, insurance litigation, or land use/real estate is preferred).
- Mindset: An analytical thinker with sharp communication skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to practice.
