We are seeking a motivated and passionate attorney to join our litigation team.About the Position:
You will manage a litigation-focused personal injury caseload, developing case strategy and guiding matters through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial. You will also evaluate opportunities for early resolution and handle pre-litigation matters as appropriate.
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the tools and support to focus on strong advocacy and meaningful results for clients.
The ideal candidate takes ownership of their cases, exercises sound judgment, and brings strong organization and attention to detail to their work. Regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and colleagues is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications:
- Member of the Utah State Bar.
- One to three years of civil litigation experience preferred.
- Personal injury experience, whether plaintiff or defense, is beneficial but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including legal research and writing.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and work independently while contributing to a team.
