Associate Civil Litigation Attorney: Smith Knowles PLLC | Ogden, Utah | $85,000–$120,000 base salary, plus bonus opportunities depending on experience and production. Certain qualified candidates could work under a separate compensation plan entirely based on production.Smith Knowles PLLC is hiring an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team handling real estate, business, and estate litigation files. This is a substantive role with early responsibility – with direct experience in court, meeting with clients, general counsel, and drafting work alongside experienced partners.
What the work looks like
Handling all tasks related to civil litigation cases, while working with an experienced partner or senior associate assigned to the case.
Who We're Looking for:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Utah bar license
- 2–5 years of experience in a law firm setting
- Strong writing, clear thinking, and the temperament to work with board members and opposing counsel professionally
- Interest in refining their civil litigation skills.
