This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases, providing comprehensive legal services from case inception through trial. Associates are expected to manage a caseload effectively, conduct depositions, prepare and argue motions, and participate in trials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide robust support for litigation proceedings
- Prepare intricate legal documents briefs and strategies to secure favorable outcomes in resolving disputes
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Oversee all aspects of the discovery process, including document production and depositions
- Develop tailored case strategies and provide sound legal counsel to clients
- Skillfully negotiate settlements to protect our clients' best interests and participate in the alternative dispute resolution process
- Maintain meticulous case files, ensuring accuracy and readiness for all stages of litigation
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial officers
- Stay current with developments in case law, statutes, and legal trends relevant to litigation practice
- Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of legal practice
Required Experience/Skills:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Nevada (other admissions are a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
- Strong knowledge of Nevada Personal Injury law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
