Description:
A Community Association Law Firm is seeking a Nevada licensed attorney for
an associate attorney position. The position is primarily focused on
the practice of community association law, including some construction
defect work. The practice involves diverse issues in a growing field
with a well-established and ever-increasing client base. The work to be
assigned to the position will generally be 80% transactional and 20%
litigation. The practice of community association law requires the
practitioner be a problem solver capable of utilizing a broad range of
legal knowledge to address a wide array of problems.
Salary and benefits shall be determined based upon qualifications, experience, and performance. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada.
