We are looking for a civil litigation attorney to join our team and handle a general civil docket — breach of contract, insurance disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, commercial collections, and related matters. The right candidate will manage cases independently from pre-suit through trial, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances in Duval County and surrounding jurisdictions. You'll have the autonomy and discretion to make decisions for your cases and clients.Our attorneys work across a range of practice areas including personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, criminal defense, social security disability, and civil litigation, so you'll be joining a well-rounded team in a collaborative environment.
We're looking for someone with 5–7 years of civil litigation experience who is comfortable in the courtroom and at the deposition table and can carry a full caseload. Active Florida Bar membership in good standing is required. Familiarity with Duval County courts is a plus.
