The Soliz Law Firm is hiring an associate attorney who wants to take ownership of meaningful litigation and build a financially rewarding career. Led by Miriah Soliz, The Soliz Law Firm represents people and families facing catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and the consequences of serious negligence. Our Houston practice handles trucking collisions, industrial and chemical exposure incidents, and other significant personal injury matters.

Your Role:
You will manage approximately 40 cases with the support of your own litigation paralegal. You will know your clients, develop your case strategies, and take an active role in moving your cases toward resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing case strategy and identifying the evidence needed to support it.
- Managing written discovery and taking and defending depositions.
- Drafting motions and appearing at hearings.
- Preparing cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients.
- Directing your litigation paralegal and keeping cases moving with purpose.
