Associate Litigation Attorney position available immediately in a fast paced, law firm in Downtown Hollywood-OPEN to 0-3 Year Attorney's OR Graduates sitting for the July 2026 Bar Exam.This role involves managing complex litigation cases, conducting extensive legal research, and providing expert legal counsel to clients. The Litigation Attorney will play a vital role in representing clients effectively through negotiation and litigation processes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice. As this is an associate position, mentorship and development are beneficial for the positions growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving litigation across multiple legal disciplines.
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis, Lexis+ AI, and Protege.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Develop case strategies through detailed analysis of facts and applicable laws.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice tailored to their specific situations.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filing of all legal documents in accordance with court deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas through ongoing research and professional development.
- Networking throughout the legal community and professional development.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Legal drafting experience combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Background in legal administrative tasks including case management and document filing.
- Familiarity with legal research tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills coupled with the ability to interpret complex legal issues accurately.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and courtroom advocacy.
