We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse litigation caseload while collaborating with experienced attorneys on complex legal matters. The ideal candidate is a confident advocate with strong analytical, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills, the ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in Michigan.
3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation.
Demonstrated experience managing cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presentation skills.
Ability to independently manage a caseload while balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
A proven commitment to professionalism, integrity, and the highest ethical standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
