What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a California-licensed attorney with strong experience handling all phases of litigation, including:
- Law and motion practice
- Taking and defending depositions
- Court appearances and case strategy
- Mediation and settlement negotiations
- Trial preparation and trial advocacy
- Managing litigation files from inception through resolution
- Mentoring and training junior attorneys
