General Statement of Responsibilities:
Manage the flow of Workers Compensation cases in the litigation process from beginning to end.

Work Hours:
8:00 – 5:00
Position Responsibilities:
- Draft & review all pleadings
- Attend court appearances.
- Attend and take depositions
- Settle cases.
- Review all discovery requests and responses.
- Schedule depositions and court dates.
- Research issues as necessary.
- Prepare responses to motions.
Other Information Relevant to the Position:
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to listen to clients and have them listen to you.
- Occasional travel for coverage in other office locations and to courts
Education, Experience, Qualifications, Licenses, & Certifications Required:
- Education – Undergrad and JD Requires
- Experience – basic workers compensation experience
- Licenses – Ohio Bar
- Technology Skills - Competence in file management software and Microsoft Office

Key Performance Indicators:
- Date from case settled to check received does not exceed 90 days
- X number of settlements per month
- 70% of cases have no fee reductions
- Client terminations fewer than 5 per year
- Fewer than 10 cases with no notes for more than 90 days
