The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of California state/federal civil litigation experience.
Your typical day will require flexibility and solid time management. Specific responsibilities are as follows.
- Write pleadings, motions;
- Review and draft discovery;
- Meet and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on strategy;
- Report, track, and update statuses on matters;
- Represent clients in every jurisdiction in the country;
- Collaborate with local counsel;
- Trial prep
- Manage your own caseload- handle litigation matters top to bottom
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of California civil litigation experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management;
- Knowledge of the FRCP;
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
