Description:
We're a growing personal injury law firm seeking a litigation attorney with at least three years experience.Responsibilities:
- Manage case files throughout the litigation stage
- Daft and file complaints
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare and attend mediations and court hearings
- Develop trial strategies
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
Qualifications:
- In good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
