We are seeking an experienced attorney with approximately 1-2 years of litigation experience to join our Columbus office.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Drafting and filing of complaints, motions and other pleadings.
  • Collection efforts, including judgment debtor examinations, replevins, wage garnishments, bank attachments, hearings, and trials.
  • Court appearances on a regular basis.
  • Development to handle matters independently.
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on foreclosure matters, including complex commercial foreclosures.
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on other litigation matters, including construction and business litigation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, other attorneys, pro se litigants and court staff.
