Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and filing of complaints, motions and other pleadings.
- Collection efforts, including judgment debtor examinations, replevins, wage garnishments, bank attachments, hearings, and trials.
- Court appearances on a regular basis.
- Development to handle matters independently.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on foreclosure matters, including complex commercial foreclosures.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on other litigation matters, including construction and business litigation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, other attorneys, pro se litigants and court staff.
- Strong sense of service to our clients and colleagues.
