Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong case foundation.
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents for property damage litigation.

Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather evidence, assess damages, and strategize cases.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and effectively.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to property damage litigation.
Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Litigation experience with a focus on property damage cases.
Strong understanding of property damage laws, regulations, and insurance principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
Demonstrated courtroom experience, including motions, hearings, and trials.
