Salary Range:$125,000.00 To $135,000.00 Annually
Job Description and Responsibilities:
The Boston office of White and Williams LLP, a mid-sized multi-practice law firm, is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience to work primarily on complex civil litigation in representing insureds and self-insured entities, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, contractors and subcontractors, and premises owners in tort litigation, as well as employers in employment matters, and health and educational institutions. MA Bar admission required, along with excellent academic credentials. Must have a strong skill set in legal research, writing, and advocacy. Requirement:
- 1-3 years of litigation experience.
- Massachusetts Bar admission is required; an additional New England state bar admission would be beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Salary:
- $125,000 - $135,000, not including bonus.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
