We are a downtown Boston law firm hiring for an associate attorney. We are seeking a motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced practice. Great work environment and great opportunity for exposure to various aspects of litigation and trial practice. Minimum 5 years of experience, including pleadings, discovery, deposition, and motion practice is required. We are looking for litigators. Excellent writing, research, and communications skills are required as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Bar admission in Massachusetts is required.Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience from client intake to drafting pleadings, drafting and conducting written and oral discovery, researching, drafting, and arguing motions, drafting and arguing appeals, attending mediation, attending court appearances, and trial practice.
- Move matters along by working independently and collaboratively with other attorneys.
- Ability to positively interact with clients and address client issues.
