Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC is hiring an additional litigation attorney for our Alpharetta location due to the growth of our practice. If you recently passed the Georgia Bar exam, or if you have been a member of the Georgia Bar for up to only a few years, this is an excellent opportunity to learn litigation. You will gain substantial experience with the Georgia Civil Practice Act, written discovery, depositions, motions practice, hearings, mediation, and trial. The substantive law in our cases primarily pertains to property and contracts. If you have not litigated those issues, do not let that be a deterrent to applying. We will go over the legal issues in each project and case assigned to you, and you will become an expert in the substantive issues in this field. We are looking for someone who is reliable and intrinsically values doing good work. This is an in-person position, with working from home later available. Beginning salary is $100,000, negotiable based on experience.
