Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC has a litigation attorney position available within the firm's community association group. The position is primarily insurance defense, defending homeowners associations, condominium associations, directors and officers. The lawsuits we defend include a wide variety of claims, such as property law, contract law, negligence, corporate governance, discrimination, etc. No two cases are the same. If you enjoy doing the same thing every day, this is not the position for you. You will become an expert in multiple areas of law and will become an expert in the Georgia Civil Procedure Act. The position includes drafting answers, all aspects of discovery, motions practice, hearings, mediations, and trial. You must be a current member of the Georgia Bar. You must be organized, have a desire to learn, and possess a solid work ethic. We will invest time in your development as an attorney, including working with you on civil procedure and you becoming very knowledgeable of the substantive laws. This is an in-person position is in our Alpharetta location, with working from home later available. Starting salary begins at $107,000, subject to increase based upon experience and/or class ranking.
