We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate must have a background in civil litigation. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, effective negotiation, and a commitment to advocating for clients in litigation. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial, ensuring our clients receive the highest-quality legal representation. We do offer hybrid flexibility and salary up to $180,000 commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
Develop case strategies through thorough analysis of relevant laws and regulations.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and depositions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice.
Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
Stay current on developments in various areas of law including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and landlord-tenant law.
Utilize legal administrative experience to support the efficient operation of the law office.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in litigation across multiple legal disciplines such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and landlord-tenant law.
Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
Effective negotiation skills for settlement discussions and client representation.
Legal drafting expertise coupled with solid legal administrative experience.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues critically and develop strategic solutions.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
