Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

Description:

An Austin Personal Injury Lawyer is looking to add another Attorney in our Litigation department. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious attorney who is excited about personal injury litigation! This is NOT a second chair position. You get to personally work up the case and take it to its conclusion of settlement or trial!

This is a hybrid/remote position. After 90 days in-office learning our procedures you may come and go as you please!!!!!

Duties:

• Handle a litigation docket of about 75 cases, mostly in Travis and Williamson County courts
• Draft and file petitions
• Review and answer discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Mediation
• Trial
