The Role:
We're hiring litigation attorneys at multiple experience levels to join our California team. The firm handles complex insurance defense matters, including trucking, premises liability, and general liability cases. We're looking for attorneys who are confident managing files, drafting discovery and motions, participating in depositions, and engaging with clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage or support insurance defense cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct or assist with depositions and hearings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
- Contribute to trial prep and strategy
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- 1–10+ years of post-bar litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
- Insurance defense experience is a plus
- Background in trucking/transportation law is a plus
- First chair trial experience is a plus
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $125,000 – $225,000 plus performance-based bonus structure.
